Questions, answered
- What counts as an “app”?
- One deployed project with its own URL, build and environment variables. A Next.js site and its separate API service are two apps; a single full-stack Next.js project is one.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes, on every paid plan. Buy one from us in the dashboard or point a domain you already own at our nameservers. DNS records and SSL certificates are set up automatically.
- How does the email work?
- Enable email on any domain you host with us and create mailboxes like hello@yourdomain.com. You get webmail, IMAP/SMTP settings for your phone or Outlook, and we publish the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for you.
- Which frameworks do you support?
- Anything the AI tools produce: Next.js, Vite + React, Astro, SvelteKit, Nuxt, Remix, Express/Node, Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django), static HTML, and Dockerfiles. We detect the framework when you upload; you can override the build settings.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Hobby plan hosts one app on a platform subdomain with SSL, so you can try the whole flow before paying.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the billing period; your apps above the new limits are stopped, never deleted without warning.
- Do you support teams?
- Starter and above include extra seats. Invite teammates as members (deploy) or admins (also manage domains, team and billing).
- Where do my apps run?
- On our managed server fleet with isolated containers per app, automatic SSL and daily health checks. The Business plan can place your apps on dedicated capacity.
